Course One - Back Pain Relief - is a mini course designed to teach you non-drug based techniques for alleviating pain through the power of your mind, using your breath, managing your emotions and learning to move in new ways.
Course Two - Build a Bulletproof Back - is a more comprehensive 6 wk course which aims to help you identify the root cause of your spinal issue and then equips you with strategies to overcome the issue - whether it be THINKING (mindset) differently, training yourself to FEEL (emotions) differently or to MOVE differently. This course is designed to provide you with comprehensive information, strategies, and exercises to manage and alleviate back pain effectively for the long term. It takes a holistic approach.
These courses are suitable for anyone experiencing back pain which has been screened by a medical practitioner to confirm it is both “NON- SURGICAL” and that the pain is of Musculoskeletal origin. Course participants ideally have an open mind to exploring new ideas, fresh concepts and are prepared to do the internal inner work required. These courses are NOT suitable for people seeking a band-aid or wanting a quick fix. Pain that is stubborn and keeps returning wants you to notice something.
These courses were created by Physiotherapist - Marion McRae - who has studied a diversity of mind-body and movement sciences (Fascial manipulation, Feldenkrais, Pilates, Postural Neurology, Neuro-biofeedback, etc) She has 28 + years experience in treating back pain and promoting back health.
How are the courses delivered?
