Welcome to Bulletproof Backs. By accessing our website, purchasing our courses, or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
Bulletproof Backs, founded by Marion McRae, provides educational content, online back-pain courses and programs, and online telehealth physiotherapy consultations. Contact: [email protected].
2. Health disclaimer — please read
Our free and educational content is general information only and is not a substitute for individual medical or physiotherapy advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek advice from a qualified health professional about your specific situation.
Our services are not for emergencies. If you have red-flag symptoms — such as loss of bladder or bowel control, numbness around the saddle/groin, progressive leg weakness, unexplained weight loss, fever with back pain, or pain after significant trauma — seek urgent in-person medical care immediately.
3. Telehealth consultations
Consultations are delivered online by registered physiotherapists. Telehealth has limitations — a physiotherapist may determine that in-person assessment or referral is more appropriate for your condition, and may decline or pause telehealth care on clinical grounds. You are responsible for providing accurate health information and a suitable private space and device for your consultation.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian) to purchase our programs or book consultations.
5. Prices & payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. Where a payment plan is offered, you authorise the scheduled instalments.
6. Private health rebates
Because our consultations are delivered by registered physiotherapists, you may be able to claim a rebate through your private health "extras" cover. Rebate eligibility for online telehealth physiotherapy varies by health fund and level of cover — please confirm with your fund. We can provide a receipt with the treating practitioner’s details for your claim.
7. Refunds & cancellations
- Digital courses & programs: because access is granted immediately, these are generally non-refundable once you have accessed the content, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
- Consultations: please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be refunded.
Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Intellectual property
All course materials, videos, tools, frameworks and content are owned by Bulletproof Backs and provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute them without our written permission.
9. Your conduct
You agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt our website or platforms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulletproof Backs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our content, courses or services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the last-updated date shown above.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
