No worries! This challenge is designed to meet you where you're at. The daily practices are gentle, adaptable, and focused on creating safety in your nervous system—not pushing through pain. You’ll always be encouraged to listen to your body, not override it.

Question 2: How much time will this take each day?

About 15–20 minutes max. Each morning you’ll receive a short video (5–10 mins), a mindset focus, and a journal prompt. It’s designed to be simple, doable, and impactful—especially if you’re short on time or energy.

Question 3: Do I need any equipment?

Nope! Just a quiet space, your phone or computer, and an open mind. If you have a journal or notebook, that’s great too—but I will send you a downloadable journal to use throughout the challenge.
